ART Agency(Formerly named All American Rascals Talent Agency LLC, is a California and Florida State licensed agency.)

We are passionate about representing the best talent in the industry. We are a boutique agency, and very selective in who we choose for our roster.

Our team consists of experienced agents. Head of the Theatrical Department is Judy Belshe-Toernblom: 47 years in the business. She has served in several ways in the entertainment field: Casting Director, Award-winning writer, Film producer, and Artist. Writer/Producer of the movie "Miracle in the Valley" . MiracleintheValley.com. She is also the writer of the film "Letter's from the Heart." She has two current books available in book form, and audio. The book's story is written 30 years prior to the movie telling the back story: "Miracle in the Valley" and "The 12 Diaz of Christmas."

She currently is the co-owner of the agency with her husband Birger Toernblom since 2007.

Birger Toernblom is the head of the Commercial Department. Through his efforts our clients have worked on tons of major commercials. He married into this business through his wife, and has thrived.
